My friends birthdays are on the same day and we’d like to get a room in Montreal and enjoy the night scene. We want to go to bars and shop and what not. We were told Rue Ste Catherine was a great place to be around…but there’s going to be around 8 of us. We want to stay in the same room…and well…anyone know a good hotel/motel/inn within walking distance that won’t be to hard to sneak people into? Most even decent priced will allow only a max of 4 per room. I know it’s safety crap, but we’re not concerned with that. Any answers about hotel experiences are helpful!!!

Ok, I’m looking for a hotel in Montreal that is relatively close to the center of town or at least that I can be in walking distance to a metro/subway station. I’m driving up there and I need a place that has free or cheap parking…I booked a hotel I thought was perfect but it’s way out next to the airport. If you could give me a few options because I also want a hotel I can afford, I’d appreciate it. Please help!
